McGraw-Hill Education India has entered the mobile learning space with the launch of four products for the Common Admission Test (CAT) Exam preparation under the TopCAT brand name. Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL), India’s sixth ranked mobile phone services company by customers, is working on an agreement to sell a 26% stake to NTT DoCoMo Inc., Japan’s biggest mobile phone operator, for nearly $2.5 billion (Rs12,100 crore), two people familiar with the development said.

Tata Teleservices, a mobile services company in India, launched BlackBerry mobile services in the country Thursday, after a long controversy over whether the service poses a security threat to the nation. The launch comes even as Indian government agencies are still investigating the security issues arising from the BlackBerry service, according to informed sources.
