Maruti Suzuki Ritz was and is one of the hot selling small cars in India . The main reason behind this was the car had lots of things going for her like looks , efficiency, and the good old trust of Maruti Suzuki.
But with a launch of Tata Indica Vista Drivetech4 few days back, added to more competition for Ritz both have a good value and a trusted name behind them .Its sure gonna be a tough fight between these two.

The new features of the Tata Indica vista Drive Tech 4 include the latest Drive-by-wire technology, Eurotech gearbox apart from BS4 Complaint engine. The company has also introduced a 4-spoke tilt- adjustable steering wheel, dual air bags for both the driver and the passengers and an Anti-Lock Braking System. The driving seats can now be customized with height-adjustable drivers’ seat to deliver a comfortable driving position.
The Indica Vista Drivetech4 comes with a specially designed Eurotech gearbox mated to an option between either the brilliant Safire petrol engine or the even better Quadrajet diesel mill. The Eurotech gearbox has been designed to deliver higher torque at lower RPM, while at the same time, reducing vibration and improving the gear shifting experience.

Cons : The looks are the same as that of vista , no newness
Pricing : The petrol model is expected to cost around Rs. 3.57 lakh while the diesel version will come with a price tag of Rs. 4.4 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
Maruti Suzuki Ritz

The car is designed following the “tall boy philosophy.” The high roof makes the car appear more spacious.the interior of the Maruti Ritz is designed to give you comfort and a feel of liveliness and luxury. Just because it is a compact car does not mean that it has not enough luggage space. The 60:40 rear seat split enables you to increase your boot space when you are driving with extra luggage.
Maruti Ritz is powered by the lightweight and fuel efficient K12M engine. The petrol version of the engine has a fuel efficiency of 17.7 kmpl

Bottom Line : The one thing which gets going in favor of Ritz is the power its more powerful and also quite peppier then Vista , But vista looks and is more specious from inside and the new gearbox is quite good as well, Lets say the space looks Vista is good but Ritz has power to back it. Decision lies in hands of the readers
